Dear Bro:

I am instructed by Prest. Brigham Young to write to you, that he is willing, and authorizes you, to let Sister Emma Wood have Produce Tithing to the amount of $1.50/100 per week for the support of old Sister Almond until some other arrangement is made.

It is not likely that the house rent of the place can be made to realize more than $100.00 per annum at the present time, and as that is not enough to support the old lady and she has no other means of support, he is willing to assist her to that amount.
