Dear Bro:-Enclosed please find Bills of Divorce sent as requested.

You will see that they are properly filled up, signed and witnessed, and when paid for let the men have the duplicates, the women the triplicates, and return the originals to this office.

In the case of Sister Rogers, however, as Bro Rogers resides at Logan, it will be proper to mail to Bishop Preston. after you procure her signature, and he will attend to it thereafter.
