Sir:-- Yours of the 18th inst. has been received, and its contents noted. I shall be exceedingly pleased to have you call when on your mission, as the Fishery question is creating some interest.

In the mean time I have forwarded your letter to Col. A.P. Rockwood, (S.L. City.) Supt. "Deseret Fish Association." requesting him to communicate with you, with the view of meeting you here upon your arrival.
