Please acknowledge receipt. "Weather beautiful. I recd I believe all your letters. In compliance with your wishes under date of 22d inst I read the President the part of your letter about coming home between the ships starting 31st inst & Sept 4 and he readily said 'yes let him come home'. So you have it all right if you still feel like it. When you come please bring a statement of all the money you have received from this office this season.
