Dear Sir,

Yours of yesterday has been received. Your former letter was also received and placed in the hands of Supt. Musser. Whether he has answered it I am unable to say, and he is now absent from home and will not return for 8 or 10 days. It is a matter of which I know nothing, one way or the other, only as I have been informed in your letters.
The superintendent will have to see to it, if he has not done so already, and I will again call his attention to it when he returns.
