Dear Bro:-- 

Your favor of 11th inst came duly to hand. You are simply to report to the Liverpool Office as directed heretofore, an account of all sums received from here for emigration purposes, and of the disposition of those funds as paid <out> by you from time to time upon his drafts or otherwise. The Liverpool office is not authorized to call upon you for any further reports than the foregoing,  The item of profits on the independent emigration and <upon> other emigration, if any, together with a full account of your entire <receipts &c> disbursements are to be made with the utmost correctness to this office. I herewith enclose an order on you to credit the Liverpool Office the sum of Four Thousand Currency Dollars out of said proceeds in accordance with the sum indicated in your letter.
