Dear Sister

I enclose you a letter received from Bishop Ballantyne which will explain to you with regard to the Bill of Divorce you applied for, and shew you why the matter has been delayed up to this time and how it now stands. You can either let the matter rest as it is, or if you insist upon it, write to the Prest. again and enclose the letter from Bishop Ballantyne, the Prest. may sign it for Bro Taylor, but he hates to do such a thing if it can be avoided.

Your Bro. in the Gospel
D. McKenzie.
