Bishop John W. Hess.
Farmington.

Dear Bro:

We are in receipt of a communication from Sister Hannah Jones, wife of William Jones, complaining bitterly of his neglect of her, and the poverty in which she is placed. If things are, as she represents them, it is the time the matter was straitened.

If Bro. Jones is still in Farmington we would like you to see him, and inform him that it is his duty to see to support of his wife and children, and that we require him to come to this City and have matters settled without delay, or he will have to take the consequences.
