Yours of the 15th. inst. received.

There is no necessity whatever of asking the First Presidency to give you a rehearing on appeal.

Appeal can in every case be taken from the High Council to them, and it is only necessary for you to get a copy of the minutes of the trial and send or bring to the First Presidency & the case will be attended to.
