Elder James T. Little.

Dear Brother,

I have suggested to my son, John W. that, as you are going to England to fill a mission assigned you and intend travelling with him, you would doubtless be willing while in his company to render him every assistance in your power.

I do not wish to interfere with your mission in the least degree, but if, before you enter your field of labor you can assist him in any way, I would be pleased and gratified to have you do so.

Your Bro. in the Gospel
Brigham Young
