Yours of the 31st ult. has been received.
 
Herewith find form of divorce for Bro & Sister Williams sent in accordance therewith.
 
The Prest. instructed me to say that you should not give the bill only on request of the sister.
 
When the woman does not wish a bill I have never known a case where it has been granted; but is nearly always given on her request.
 
When signed, witnessed and paid for, give him the "duplicate," her the triplicate" and return the "original" with the money to this office.
