Dear Brother

We have looked over the business matters between yourself and the Grantsville Woollen & Flour Manufacturing Compy. concisely shown in round numbers on the preceding page, and we submit that in our judgement it would be about right, as between brethren, for you to make a free gift by warrantee deed of the Flour Mill and quarter section of land appertaining thereto to the Grantsville Manufacturing Co aforesaid, with the understanding that they are to deed to Bro. L. D. Young the land in said section that belongs to him
