Enclosed please find Two hundred dollars; we would be pleased to employ you as an attorney for the Trustee in Trust and propose to pay you for such services the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) dollars per year. If this is acceptable to you please advise us, and acknowledge the receipt of the enclosed sum as the first instalment on the same.
