Prest. F. D. Richards
Ogden City

Dear Bro:

We have recently built a house in this City for the accomodation of Indians, who have hitherto inflicted a great burden on Bro Huntington. We think it advisable that such a house be built on Bro. G. W. Hill's lot in Ogden, and the cost of it, deducted from the Tithing, which should be, as far as possible, from the Labor Tithing.

Build a room 18 by 20 feet, with a large fireplace and hearth where several can cook together.

My health is quite restored again for which I feel very thankful.

Praying continually for the welfare of Israel I remain,

Your Bro. in the Gospel
Brigham Young

P. S. The above was written as dated, but the Prest. did not sign it until the arrival of your letter.
