Enclosed please find a Photograph of the Provo, U. T. Woollen Factory. to be engraved for present use on the Bonds ordered by Mr. W. W. Riter. We shall need it also for Labels, hereafter.

 

As to side vignettes, if the Title head is made large enough, and extended enough, the purpose may be served with the factory in the centre.

 

I have trimmed some of the ground off to show the depth of the engraving. Of course the ground will have to be tapered of and lightened up at the edge. It is intended to shew the U. S. flag prominently also smoke issuing from the smoke stack. The imprint immediately under the factory should be engraved in roman capitals in hair line as follows: Provo Wollen Factory, Utah Ty. Erected 1872.

 

I have sent this direct, fearing Mr. Riter may have left for home, before it reaches
