Dear Bro:

Sister Lucinda Levatt Brown states that when her son sold (with her consent) a five acre lot to Prest. Young, at Ogden, now used by the U. P. R. R. co. it was with the understanding that she was to have a building spot thereon.

She intimates that you are cognizant of that fact, and the Prest. would like to ascertain from you, if such is the case, as he seems to have forgotten it.
