Enclosed please find form of divorce sent on application of Sister Sarah Buxton, which the Prest. instructed me to send to you.

He told the sister (in hearing) to apply to you to have a Settlement made between the parties that would be just and equitable, and in the event of Bro. Buxton not complying therewith, she was to apply to the Probate Court for a bill and alimony.
