Dr Bro A note from Bp Smoot informs me that he has secured the 3 yokes oxen from that place -- to the Church on old tithing a/cs & for Stock so that now the Church is owner of all the oxen sent you Except 2 yokes from Spanish Fork & the 2 yokes from Fountain Green. I will write Bps. Snell & Johnson of those to places that these 4 yokes will be duly returned.
