Having seen your advertisement in the "Deseret News," asking proposal to be lodged in your Office for the erection of a Territorial Penitentiary, I therefore make the following bid, and will give the security required for the faithful performance of the work.

2.05 Perch of stone laid.
3118.978 Adolier and hall. Said materials & Execution to be done on Truman 0. Angell's plan for Seventy Thousand dollars.
