As you are a Bishop's Councilor in the 19th Ward, I wish you, as soon as may be, to look into the situation and circumstances of Sister Betsey Knight, wife of Joseph Knight, and her children, and if you find it necessary, remove them to some place in your ward where they can be properly treated, and comfortably provided for, at the expense of Joseph Knight, so far as you can accomplish it, and let the balance, if any, be provided by your ward on their tithing, or by donation, or both.
