I have been informed that you refuse to take the tickets of E. D. Woolley and others that were given for labour done on the Road in Red Bute Canion, and that men have been obliged to pay cash, when they held tickets of labour performed, which I consider unjust, and if you still presist in so refusing to receive those tickets, I will require you to leave the Canion.
