Dear Brethren,

I understand that it is your intention to build a Tithing Store house in your Ward; it is my wish that this should not be done at present.

Moreover, I wish it understood, that the Tithing in that Ward be forwarded to the Tithing Store Houses in this city with as little delay as possible.

I consider that your Ward is very well provided with teams, and being so near the City, the Tithing being delivered here direct, will prove of more essential benefit and better supply our wants & necessities than heretofore.
