Dear Sir,

The rooms of the Council House for the accommodation of the Legislature, Library, and Secretary's Office, are at your Service as proposed. To wit: the 2 lower small rooms at the rate of $600 per year, dating from July A. D. 1853. The 2 large rooms from and after this date, at the rate of $900 per year, with the expectation of their being settled for during their occupancy for Legislation last winter at the same rate.
