Dear Brother.

I have read the article printed in the last "News" over your signature, and have carefully compared it with the "copy" as you wrote it. If you desire it, I am willing to have the article in question printed in the next "News" precisely as you wrote it, but your communication to the Editor, dated the 26th inst, cannot be printed in the Deseret News while I am here, and have a voice in the dictation of its matter.
