Bishop W. R. Smith

Dear Bro
Prest. D. H. Wells instructs me to write to you, to request you to and assist to the extent of your ability. Bro's James Jepson and John Parker in collecting their debts from, and otherwise settling their business with Hollis & Vernon, whom it is understood are about to leave the Territory in a clandestine manner.

Bro Jespson stands indebted to the Trustee in Trust for machinery &c. to the amount of $829.51 it is therefore desirous that he should be secured in his interest in that establishment, that he may be enabled to pay of his liabilities.

Hoping that you may be successful in this matter.
I remain yours respectfully

John T Caine Clerk
