C. C. Pendleton,

Dear Brother:   Your note dated from Parowan, Mar 31st. has just come to hand.  In relation to your building, waterpower, &c., we shall accept of your kind proffer to put up our Machine shot, Gunnery, &c., which will be immediately forwarded to your place.  We shall connect a Foundry, arrangements for which will be made hereafter, but should be near by.  Brother Davis, our foreman, in the Machine shop, will proceed at once to your place with the machinery &c. and will make further arrangements, but shall need the lower part of your building as well.

I remain, as ever,
Your Brother in the Gospel.
