Bishop Aaron Johnson,

Dear Brother:--
Petetenete, Sanpitch, White-eye, and Tabby and their Bands are on their way to the mouth of Spanish Fork Kanyon, and will probably stop at your place to night. You will please to select a place where they can have grass and not infringe upon the grain and furnish them such other things as you can in the way of beef, flour, &c., if you have any belonging to the church, as they may need.

I remain as ever, Your Brother in the Gospel

(signed) Brigham Young.

P. S. You will render the account of what you furnish to this office.
