Major Seth M Blair,

Dear Brother, Maj. McCullough of Texas of the Peace Commission is at G. S. L. City in connection with Gov. Powell, and has expressed a wish to see you. If you can make it convenient to come to the city for that purpose an interview would probably be gratifying to you as well as him and may result in good. The Major feels that his time will not admit of his going so far as Fillmore City to visit you.

All is well and may the Lord bless you and help Israel to triumph over all their enemies.
