Dear Brother --
It is understood that Governor Powell and Major McCulloch, Commissioners from the President of the United States will address the people of Lehi this evening. Should this be the case it is the wish of President Young that they should have a courteous quiet hearing, and that no one should attempt to reply or speak to the people either before or after them.
