Brother Charles Ramell:--

I have deemed it proper to grant your wife Harriet (Chatelain) a bill of divorce, which she has signed, and I presume you will do her the kindness to sign at your first opportunity. I also think it just for you to pay Sister Harriet the sum of $69.00, in consideration of past services, which is only at the low rate of one Dollar a week for the past sixteen months, and to which I also presume you will not feel to object, nor fail to comply in a manner both prompt and satisfactory to Sister Harriet. Call at this office and sign the Bill.
