Dear Brother:--
In reply to your note of the 14 Inst., I have to inform you that at present there is but little doing except haying, harvesting, moving home, getting up wood and like laborious operations most necessary to be attended to in the season thereof. How soon a situation of the kind you desire, may offer, I am unable to inform you.
