Your letter of Dec 28./57, relative to deeding 5 acres of Land on the State Road to John Jacques has been handed to me. I enclose you a Transfer for said land, which you will please sign and have said signature certified to by a Justice of the Peace or other person authorized to perform such duties. You will perceive that the Transfer is made to the Trustee in Trust, and if necessary we can make the transfer to John Jacques.

On the transfer being returned you will be credited on Tithing to amount you desire (viz. $60.00).
