Bishop Bigler, Dear brother:-- I learn from Bro. Bunce, that Bro. Kaziers was driven from the camp of the Judges and escort under a threat of being shot. I wish that Bro. Kazier would go before a Justice of the peace of your place and make affidavit of the facts in the case, stating the time and place and the name of the officer and all the attending circumstances, and forward the same to me, and also a duplicate to be filed in the Historians Office. Will you, Bro. Bigler, please to see to it, that it is properly got up and forwarded without delay
