Dear Brother:
Your letter of 29th Ulto. is received. The President has granted bills of divorce to the persons named in your letter, and they are herewith forwarded for their signature. You will have to fill up the bills as you did not send the particulars. If they are paid for($10.00 each) return the originals to this office, give the duplicates to the brethren, and the triplicate to their wives. If not paid for please return the bills as soon as possible.
