Mrs. Eleanor J Pratt:--

Dear Sister:--
Your note in regard to teaching Brother Parley's children is received. As regards the school House, I suppose that it was principally built, by a free gift of the people, out of respect for Brother Parley, and with a view of benefitting his Family.


So far as you identify your interest and means with the family and for their support, you should share equally with them according to your necessities.


Trusting that unity may pervade your councils, and that the Lord will give you wisdom, to see and do right.
