Dear Brother:-- In reply to yours of the 15th Inst., please say to Prest. L. Snow to let Bro. Barnard have wheat from the Mill, as it can be spared, as he (B.) may want it, until Bro. B's claim is satisfied, and notify him, by the first opportunity, of the permission given to Bro. Snow to pay the claim from the Mill as above named.
