Dear Brotheren,
It is our wish that Feramorz Little who is experienced in crossing the plains, shall take the lead and direction of all matters connected with your travel from the time of leaving the City until your return: As Captain of the Com. he will give directions, which it is our request should be conformed to, relative to all camping or halting, guarding by night and by day and whatever is necessary for the safety and welfare of the train. We pray that you may be blest in your journey and return in safety.
