Dear Brother:--

Bro. Horace Burr Owens has applied for a bill of divorce for his wife Margaret; if it is her desire to have one the President says to have the enclosed signed.  As bro. Owens has paid for it let him have the 'duplicate,' his wife the 'triplicate.' and return the 'original' to this office.
