Dear Brethren:
It appears that the yoke of cattle which I sold you last fall, thinking they were <church> cattle, belong to bro. James Barnes. Bishop Raleigh, who is the bearer of this, knows bro. Barne's cattle well. and if he is clear that they belong to him you will please let him have them. Bro. Barnes described them to bro. Wall last spring, and he, bro. Wall, said he had no doubt but they belonged to him. I would like you to accomodate him by bringing the cattle to some place where he can see them so as to make sure of the matter.
