Bishop Thurber, Spanish Fork,

Dear Brother:-- You must keep your teams and men supplied with such things as they
need. If you cannot forward hay and we furnish it we shall charge you with it, if you use Tithing
you also should charge it.

If you have Tithing hay and can forward it on labor Tithing we would be glad to get it as
the teams from Fillmore, San Pete, Cache Valley, and such like distant places will have to obtain
their supply of hay from us. It would be the best way for you to unite with Springville, Payson,
<&c> and thus form a camp with Tent camp equipage and extra hand to keep camp cook &c.

Your Brother in the Gospel

Daniel H Wells
