Dear Brother,
I have received both your letters; the first having been received while I was absent; the last, this morning.

There will no Emigration from Europe this coming season of the same character as that of the past four years. There will be no teams sent down to the Frontiers this next Spring to bring up the poor, and the Saints will not counselled to leave Denmark with the view of being helped through.

I cannot receive any thing for the emigration of the Saints from Europe but the gold. I remain Your Brother,

Brigham Young

P. S. If you wish to send your wife's Sister any means, you can deposit gold here, at my Office, and get a draft, which you can send her for the amount.
