Dear Brother:-I herewith inclose Wm Pitt's power of attorney authorizing G. Q. Cannon to collect some money from the Administrators of his Grandfather's estate. You will please have the Secretary of State attach his certificate to the appointment of Frank Fuller to be Secretary of the Territory of Utah, and immediately forward the document to George Q. Cannon, as the money is wanted to emigrate persons the coming season.
