Dear Brother:-In regard to the property you mention, in your note of the 3d inst., the circumstances connected with it, so far as stated, render it very doubtful whether any present action in relation thereto would rove advantageous; I think it would not. In the meantime it may be well for you to keep yourself advised, through some intelligent and reliable friend in England, of any favorable feature in the condition of said property, that you may be timely informed what action to take and when, if any.
