Dear Brother:-- I have this day written to Pres. George Q. Cannon to place $25 00/100 to the credit of Ane Hansen for her emigration this season, if in time, and if that amount will enable her to emigrate, which is as much as I could afford under present circumstances.

Until I learn the result of the foregoing instruction to br. Cannon I can not say any thing about the ox, further than for you to hold it or its equivalent in as good or better pay forthcoming whenever I learn that the aforesaid amount has been expended for Sister Hanson.
