Sir,
I have now respectfully to request you finally before commencing legal proceedings against you, to vacate at once my house and premises, according to previous and oft repeated notice. I do not wish any trouble or litigation; but shall certainly assert my rights as a citizen, and shall claim the protection of the law in obtaining them-- Your answer to this, this afternoon will much oblige,
