Dear Brother:--
Your note of the 23rd inst. is at hand, and I am gratified in being able to inform you that I am much pleased with your ideas as therein expressed. It is in contemplation to send a few Elders upon missions this Fall, to leave here from the 15th. to 20th. of September next, and I shall be pleased to have you so arrange your affairs as to be able, at that time, to start upon the mission designated in your note, as I trust you will thus be instrumental in doing much good.
