(an open letter to be read to both parties)

Dear Brother:--
We have examined the papers forwarded to us from the High Council in Provo, in the case between Isaac Higbee and James A. & William W. Smith, and have unanimously sustained the decision of said High Council in said case, Viz:-- "That br. Isaac Higbee have out of the mill, as now sold, four hundred and seventy eight dollars and thirteen cents ($478.13/100)", such decision, so far as appears in the papers referred, being just and right, and one which we deem should be strictly complied with by all parties concerned,
