I think it proper, under the circumstances, for Sister Richardson to have the Bill of Dovirce granted unto her, and send, herewith, the necessary Blanks.

Collect all the money you can from Brother Richardson, who is owing the Church about Eleven Hundred dollars ($1100.00).
