Sir,

Your letter of Nov. 21st complaining of President Wm. H. Miles' conduct towards Branch President Reese, and also asking me whether you should acknowledge him as your President or not, stating that, if he refused to acknowledge your authority as being above his, it would be your duty to report him to the First Presidency, has just come to hand.

Our only reply to your letter is that we wish you to give up your licenses and credentials, and all the authority which you took from here, to President Miles, and stope your preaching in Pensylvania New York and in all other pleaces.
