Dear Brother:

As Bishop Wm McBride has resigned his bishoprick at Santa Quin and desires to be released from his duties, I think it advisable that that settlement and Spring Lake Villa should be attached to the bishoprick of Payson, where Bro. John B. Fairbanks is presiding as Bishop. You can appoint Elder David halliday to preside over Santa Quin.
